L&M Autoparts is solely responsible for deficiencies, errors, and defects caused by manufacturing or material defects.
You can complain about defects in the product within 24 months from the time of delivery by contacting us. We kindly ask that you provide as much detail as possible about the issue.
Conditions for Complaints:
The invoice information/number serves as proof of complaint and must accompany the item.
If defects are identified and deemed valid, L&M Autoparts will, at its sole discretion, re-deliver or remedy the defect. After this, the defect will be considered fully resolved.
Customers are responsible for sending defective products to L&M Autoparts at their own expense.
Expenses related to removal and installation are not covered.
L&M Autoparts’ liability for defects will cease if:
Repairs or modifications are made by third parties.
The product has been treated incorrectly or negligently.
Online Purchases (14 Days)
As a private consumer purchasing online, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per Danish law.
Notification of Withdrawal:
Notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods via email or WhatsApp (contact details below).
After notifying us, you have 14 additional days to return the product(s).
Condition of Returned Goods:
Products must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and in undamaged original packaging.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Electrical or electronic components (e.g., air suspension compressors, sensors, cameras).
Products purchased as part of a discounted set unless the entire set is returned.
Custom or special orders.
To prevent errors, customers and mechanics are required to verify the compatibility of spare parts before installation.
Verification Steps:
1. Part Number Check: Confirm that the replacement part matches the original part number.
2. Physical Comparison: Compare the new and original parts side by side to ensure they are identical. A tolerance of +/- 3mm is acceptable for parts such as driveshafts.
Important:
Installing a part without performing these checks will void any claims for refunds, replacements, or compensation if the part is damaged during installation.
L&M Autoparts is not responsible for damages caused by failure to adhere to these verification steps.
Unused Products:
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Electrical Spare Parts:
Electrical parts cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
Costs for Returns (Unrelated to Our Error):
1. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping. If the original delivery was free, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.
2. Payment Processing Fees: Non-refundable fees (up to 3.5%) will be deducted.
3. Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
4. Damaged Returns: Customers are liable for damage incurred during return shipping.
Exchanges:
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for both return and reshipping costs.
For Danish and EU Customers:
Inspect packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the courier immediately.
If damage is discovered later, notify your courier and contact us with detailed photos.
For Non-EU Customers:
Customers outside the EU must arrange insurance for their shipments. L&M Autoparts is not liable for damage or loss during transit if proper insurance is not arranged.
If a package is lost during transport, we will initiate a claim with the courier.
Replacement goods will only be shipped after the claim process is completed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Deductions from Refunds:
Shipping costs for the original delivery.
Payment processing fees.
Restocking fees (if applicable).
Returns are only accepted for unused goods in their original packaging:
Within 7 days: 100% purchase price refunded.
8–10 days: 25% return fee applies.
No returns after 10 days.
Special orders, used products, and products installed in vehicles are non-returnable.
We strive to offer competitive pricing. If you find a comparable product at a lower price, we will match it and provide an additional 5% discount.
L&M Autoparts is not liable for:
Loss of operation, time, or profit.
Damage caused by improper installation or misuse.
Installation without verifying part compatibility.
The air suspension system warranty is subject to Tesla installation standards and the following conditions:
1. Professional Installation:
A professional repair shop must refill the air suspension system with nitrogen.
Failure to adhere to this requirement will void the warranty for the air suspension, block valve, and air compressor.
2. Compressor Relay Replacement:
The compressor relay must be replaced after installing the compressor unit. Failure to replace the relay will void the product warranty.
3. System Leak Check:
L&M Autoparts recommends checking the entire air suspension system for leaks after compressor installation.
Compressor failure is commonly caused by leaks in the air suspension system, typically in one of the air springs. Leaky air springs must be replaced immediately to ensure the compressor’s performance and longevity.
4. Compressor Burnout:
Warranty claims will be denied in cases of compressor burnout.
Compressor burnout is often caused by leaks in the vehicle’s air suspension system, forcing the compressor to operate continuously. This issue is unrelated to the product and is the customer’s responsibility to prevent.
For Tesla Model S and Model X vehicles, the following conditions apply:
1. Known Tesla Driveshaft Vibrations:
Tesla has documented vibrations during hard acceleration at standard, high, or higher ride height settings in Service Bulletin SB-21-39-001 (December 10, 2021). While L&M Autoparts provides updated components in compliance with Tesla’s recommendations, these vibrations may not be fully resolved due to Tesla’s inherent design flaws.
Warranty Limitations:
L&M Autoparts’ warranty covers only defects in our driveshafts.
The warranty does not cover vibrations caused by Tesla’s known design issues.
2. Customer Awareness:
Widely discussed across the internet and social media, Tesla’s driveshaft design issues have led many suppliers to avoid offering these components.
The issue is particularly severe with the larger front driveshaft (Raven Drive Unit) compared to older models with the smaller front driveshaft.
3. Warranty Scope:
The warranty solely covers manufacturing or material defects in the driveshafts supplied by L&M Autoparts.
Vibrations resulting from Tesla’s vehicle design are excluded from warranty coverage as they are unrelated to L&M Autoparts’ products.
The warranty for the Tesla parking brake caliper motor is subject to the following requirements:
1. Damage Exclusion:
The warranty is void if the caliper motor gear is found to be damaged.
Damage to the caliper motor gear exclusively occurs due to a seized caliper gear caused by improper maintenance.
2. Mandatory Maintenance Steps Before Installation:
To prevent damage, customers and repair shops must follow these steps prior to replacing the parking brake motor:
Inspect and Lubricate the Caliper Gear:
Open the small screw/bolt on the caliper gear and apply WD-40 spray to ensure the gear turns freely by hand.
Apply grease inside the small hole and securely close it.
Grease and Clean the Caliper:
Clean and grease the caliper, including the area around the brake pads.
Seal the Motor Properly:
Apply grease inside the motor before installation and ensure the motor is properly sealed to prevent water ingress.
3. Non-Compliance:
Failure to adhere to the above guidelines will result in the denial of warranty claims for parking brake caliper motors.
Note:
The specific stipulations in this section are designed to ensure proper use, installation, and maintenance of critical components. These measures protect the functionality of the parts and ensure our customers meet the requirements necessary for warranty claims.

1. Ret til Klage / Mangelansvar (B2C & B2B)
L&M Autoparts er alene ansvarlig for mangler, fejl og defekter, der skyldes fabrikations- eller materialefejl.
Du kan klage over mangler ved produktet inden for 24 måneder fra leveringstidspunktet ved at kontakte os. Vi beder venligst om, at du giver så mange detaljer som muligt om problemet.
Betingelser for Klager:
Fakturaoplysninger/-nummer fungerer som klagebevis og skal vedlægges varen.
Hvis mangler konstateres og vurderes som gyldige, vil L&M Autoparts efter eget skøn enten omlevere eller afhjælpe manglen. Herefter anses manglen for fuldt ud afhjulpet.
Kunden er ansvarlig for at sende defekte produkter til L&M Autoparts for egen regning.
Udelukkelser:
Udgifter i forbindelse med demontering og montering dækkes ikke.
L&M Autoparts’ ansvar for mangler ophører, hvis:
Reparationer eller ændringer foretages af tredjepart.
Produktet er behandlet forkert eller forsømt.
2. Fortrydelsesret (Kun B2C)
Onlinekøb (14 dage)
Som privatforbruger, der handler online, har du ret til at fortryde dit køb inden for 14 dage efter modtagelse af varerne i henhold til dansk lovgivning.
Meddelelse om Fortrydelse:
Meddel os inden for 14 dage efter modtagelse af varerne via e-mail eller WhatsApp (kontaktoplysninger nedenfor).
Efter meddelelsen har du 14 ekstra dage til at returnere produktet/produkterne.
Tilstand for Returnerede Varer:
Produkter skal returneres ubrugte, i samme stand som modtaget og i ubrudt originalemballage.
Produkter, der viser tegn på brug, skader eller manglende dele, kvalificerer sig ikke til fuld refundering.
Ikke-refunderbare Varer:
Elektriske eller elektroniske komponenter (f.eks. luftkompressorer, sensorer, kameraer).
Produkter købt som en del af et nedsat sæt, medmindre hele sættet returneres.
Skræddersyede eller specialbestilte varer.
3. Kunders og Mekanikeres Ansvar
For at undgå fejl skal kunder og mekanikere sikre sig, at reservedele er kompatible inden installation.
Kontroltrin:
1. Kontrol af Reservedelsnummer: Bekræft, at reservedelen matcher det originale reservedelsnummer.
2. Fysisk Sammenligning: Sammenlign de nye og originale dele side om side for at sikre, at de er identiske. En tolerance på +/- 3 mm er acceptabel for dele som drivaksler.
Vigtigt:
Installation af en del uden at udføre disse kontroller vil ugyldiggøre krav om refundering, ombytning eller kompensation, hvis delen beskadiges under installation.
L&M Autoparts er ikke ansvarlig for skader forårsaget af manglende overholdelse af disse kontroltrin.
4. Returneringer, Ombytninger og Tilknyttede Omkostninger
Ubrugte Produkter:
Produkter skal returneres ubrugte, i original emballage og i salgsbar stand.
Elektriske Reservedele:
Elektriske dele kan ikke returneres, hvis emballagen er blevet åbnet.
Omkostninger ved Returnering (Ikke relateret til vores fejl):
1. Forsendelsesomkostninger: Kunden er ansvarlig for returforsendelse. Hvis den originale levering var gratis, fratrækkes den faktiske forsendelsesomkostning fra din refundering.
2. Betalingsgebyrer: Ikke-refunderbare gebyrer (op til 3,5 %) fratrækkes.
3. Restocking-gebyr: I nogle tilfælde kan der pålægges et restocking-gebyr.
4. Skadede Returneringer: Kunden er ansvarlig for skader, der opstår under returforsendelsen.
Ombytninger:
Ombytninger skal anmodes om inden for 14 dage efter modtagelsen.
Kunden er ansvarlig for både retur- og genforsendelsesomkostninger.
5. Politik for Skader og Tab
For Danske og EU-kunder:
Inspicer pakker ved levering. Rapporter synlige skader til transportøren med det samme.
Hvis skader opdages senere, bedes du informere transportøren og kontakte os med detaljerede fotos.
For Kunder uden for EU:
Kunder uden for EU skal arrangere forsikring for deres forsendelser. L&M Autoparts er ikke ansvarlig for skader eller tab under transport, hvis der ikke er arrangeret forsikring.
6. Politik for Bortkomne Pakker
Hvis en pakke går tabt under transport, vil vi indgive en reklamation til transportøren.
Erstatningsvarer vil kun blive afsendt, når reklamationsprocessen er afsluttet.
7. Behandling af Refunderinger
Refunderinger behandles inden for 14 dage efter modtagelse og inspektion af den returnerede vare.
Fradrag i Refunderinger:
Forsendelsesomkostninger for den oprindelige levering.
Betalingsgebyrer.
Restocking-gebyrer (hvis relevant).
8. Virksomhedskunder (B2B)
Returneringer accepteres kun for ubrugte varer i deres originale emballage:
Inden for 7 dage: 100 % af købsprisen refunderes.
8–10 dage: 25 % returgebyr pålægges.
Ingen returneringer efter 10 dage.
Specialbestillinger,Elektriske dele, brugte produkter og produkter, der er installeret i køretøjer, kan ikke returneres.
9. Prismatchgarantipolitik
Vi bestræber os på at tilbyde konkurrencedygtige priser. Hvis du finder et tilsvarende produkt til en lavere pris, matcher vi prisen og giver yderligere 5 % rabat.
10. Ansvarsbegrænsninger
L&M Autoparts er ikke ansvarlig for:
Driftstab, tidstab eller fortjeneste.
Skader forårsaget af forkert installation eller misbrug.
Installation uden at kontrollere reservedelens kompatibilitet.
11. Særlig Garanti for Specifikke Dele
11.1 Garanti for Luftaffjedringssystem
Garantien for luftaffjedringssystemet er underlagt Teslas installationsstandarder og følgende betingelser:
1. Professionel Installation:
En professionel reparatør skal genfylde luftaffjedringssystemet med nitrogen.
Hvis dette krav ikke overholdes, bortfalder garantien for luftaffjedringen, blokventilen og luftkompressoren.
2. Udskiftning af Kompressorrelæ:
Kompressorrelæet skal udskiftes efter installation af kompressorens enhed.
Hvis relæet ikke udskiftes, bortfalder produktgarantien.
3. Kontrol for Systemlækage:
L&M Autoparts anbefaler at kontrollere hele luftaffjedringssystemet for lækager efter installation af kompressoren.
Kompressorfejl skyldes ofte lækager i luftaffjedringssystemet, typisk i en af luftfjedrene. Lækkende luftfjedre skal straks udskiftes for at sikre kompressorens ydeevne og holdbarhed.
4. Kompressorudbrænding:
Garantikrav afvises i tilfælde af kompressorudbrænding.
Kompressorudbrænding skyldes ofte lækager i bilens luftaffjedringssystem, hvilket tvinger kompressoren til at arbejde kontinuerligt. Dette problem er ikke relateret til produktet og er kundens ansvar at forebygge.
11.2 Garantidækning for Drivaksel / Halv-Aksel
For Tesla Model S og Model X køretøjer gælder følgende betingelser:
1. Kendte Tesla Drivakselvibrationer:
Tesla har dokumenteret vibrationer under kraftig acceleration ved standard-, høj- eller endnu højere kørehøjde i Service Bulletin SB-21-39-001 (10. december 2021).
L&M Autoparts leverer opdaterede komponenter i overensstemmelse med Teslas anbefalinger, men disse vibrationer kan ikke nødvendigvis elimineres helt på grund af Teslas medfødte designfejl.
Garantibegrænsninger:
L&M Autoparts’ garanti dækker kun defekter i vores drivaksler.
Garantien dækker ikke vibrationer forårsaget af Teslas kendte designproblemer.
2. Kundens Kendskab:
Teslas drivakselproblemer er bredt diskuteret på internettet og sociale medier, hvilket har fået mange leverandører til at undgå at tilbyde disse komponenter.
Problemet er særligt udtalt med den større forreste drivaksel (Raven Drive Unit) sammenlignet med ældre modeller med mindre forreste drivaksel.
3. Garantirækkevidde:
Garantien dækker udelukkende fabrikations- eller materialefejl i de drivaksler, der leveres af L&M Autoparts.
Vibrationer som følge af Teslas køretøjsdesign er udelukket fra garantidækningen, da de ikke er relateret til L&M Autoparts’ produkter.
11.3 Garanti for Parkeringsbremsekalipermotor
Garantien for Tesla-parkeringsbremsekalipermotoren er underlagt følgende krav:
1. Skadeudelukkelse:
Garantien bortfalder, hvis kalipermotorens gear viser sig at være beskadiget.
Skade på kalipermotorens gear opstår udelukkende som følge af en fastklemt kalipergear forårsaget af manglende vedligeholdelse.
2. Obligatoriske Vedligeholdelsestrin Før Installation:
For at forhindre skade skal kunder og værksteder følge disse trin før udskiftning af parkeringsbremsemotoren:
Inspicer og Smør Kalipergearet:
Åbn den lille skrue/bolt på kalipergearet og påfør WD-40-spray for at sikre, at gearet drejer frit i hånden.
Påfør fedt inde i det lille hul og luk det sikkert.
Smør og Rengør Kaliperen:
Rengør og smør kaliperen, inklusive området omkring bremseklodserne.
Tæt Motoren Korrekt:
Påfør fedt inde i motoren før installation, og sørg for, at motoren er korrekt forseglet for at forhindre vandindtrængen.
3. Manglende Overholdelse:
Manglende overholdelse af ovenstående retningslinjer vil resultere i afvisning af garantikrav for parkeringsbremsekalipermotorer.
Bemærk:
