B2B Commercial Return, Warranty, and Liability Policy
1. Strict B2B Return Policy Business customers are not covered by consumer withdrawal rights. Returns are accepted solely at our discretion for uninstalled, entirely unused goods in perfect original packaging.
Within 7 days of receipt: Purchase price refunded (minus mandatory deductions).
8–10 days of receipt: A 25% restocking fee applies, plus mandatory deductions.
After 10 days: NO RETURNS ACCEPTED.
2. Strictly Non-Returnable B2B Items
All electrical and electronic products (including A/C compressors, heat pumps, sensors, control modules).
Bulk orders purchased with an applied B2B discount tier or special extra discount.
Special orders, tools, and body parts that have been handled or removed from their original wrapping.
3. Absolute Deductions from B2B Refunds For any eligible return, the following are entirely non-refundable and will be deducted:
All Shipping Costs: The actual cost of the original delivery freight.
Payment Fees: Credit card or gateway transaction fees (up to 3.5%).
Packaging Materials: The cost of the exterior shipping box and protective materials.
Note: The customer bears full financial responsibility and risk for the return transit.
4. Mandatory Return Delivery Requirements
Direct Physical Delivery Only: Packages must be shipped directly to our facility address. We will not retrieve packages from parcel shops or forwarding hubs. Parcels requiring pickup will be rejected.
5. B2B Commercial Warranty Limitations L&M Autoparts provides a limited commercial warranty covering original manufacturing defects for B2B purchases, strictly defined as follows:
Danish B2B Customers: 24 Months from the date of delivery, or 50,000 km driven after installation, whichever comes first.
EU B2B Customers (Outside Denmark): 12 Months from the date of delivery, or 50,000 km driven after installation, whichever comes first.
6. Mandatory Proof & Procedures for B2B Warranty Claims To initiate any warranty claim, B2B customers must provide the following documentation to prove professional handling. Claims missing this data are automatically denied:
Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the repaired vehicle.
Proof of Mileage at Installation: A dated workshop invoice showing exact vehicle mileage when the part was fitted.
Proof of Mileage at Failure: Diagnostic report or verified workshop photo showing exact mileage at the time of component failure.
Mandatory Visual Evidence: To initiate a claim, you must submit clear video and photographic evidence demonstrating the defect. This media must clearly display the L&M Autoparts logo and the serial number (if applicable) permanently marked on the product. For components where the defect is only apparent during operation, the video must clearly show the failure while the part is properly installed in the vehicle. L&M Autoparts reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if sufficient visual proof is not provided.
Adherence to Component Rules: Proof that specific component procedures (e.g., A/C system flushing and heat exchanger replacement, air suspension nitrogen refills) were strictly followed.
Factory Testing & Unjustified Claim Fees: Please be aware that certain complex products must be returned to our manufacturing facility for extensive technical testing before a replacement or refund can be authorized. If factory testing determines that the product is not defective, or that the damage was caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow standard installation procedures, the warranty claim will be strictly denied. In such cases, testing fees, diagnostic charges, and all associated shipping costs will be billed directly to the customer. L&M Autoparts is completely exempt from liability for loss of operation, workshop bay time, lost profit, or secondary damages.
7. Specific Component Constraints & Liability Compatibility must be verified physically prior to installation. Warranty is instantly voided if proper procedures are not followed for high-liability parts: A/C compressors require heat exchanger replacement and 200g ND-11 oil; air suspension requires nitrogen and relay replacement; parking brake gears must be lubricated. Tesla driveshaft warranties cover manufacturing defects, excluding OEM design vibrations (SB-21-39-001).
