Global Returns & Warranty (Non-EU)

International Policy (Outside European Union)

International Export Return, Shipping, and Commercial Warranty Policy

1. International 10-Day Return Window Customers outside the EU may request a return within strictly 10 days of receiving the goods. Products must be uninstalled, untouched, and in perfect original packaging.

2. Mandatory Customs & Duty Accountability International customers bear 100% responsibility for return logistics and customs clearance.

  • Customs Documentation: Return documents must be legally declared strictly as “Return of goods unused.” If documentation is incorrect and L&M Autoparts is charged any customs duties, import VAT, or courier handling fees upon re-entry to Denmark, those exact costs will be deducted from your refund.

3. Absolute Deductions from International Refunds

  • Shipping Costs: Both the original outbound international freight cost and the return freight cost.

  • Payment Fees: Credit card/gateway transaction fees (up to 3.5%).

  • Packaging Materials: The cost of the heavy-duty export box and packaging materials.

4. Strictly Non-Returnable Items

  • All electrical and electronic components (including A/C compressors, heat pumps, sensors).

  • Any part, tool, or body panel that shows signs of handling or removal from original packaging.

5. Mandatory Return Delivery Requirements

  • Direct Physical Delivery Only: Returns must be shipped Door-to-Door to our exact physical address. Parcels sent to European pickup points, post offices, or customs holding centers will not be collected and will be immediately returned to you at your expense.

6. International Commercial Warranty & Claim Procedures For all exports outside the European Union, L&M Autoparts provides a strictly limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for 12 Months from the date of delivery, or 50,000 km driven after installation, whichever comes first. * Mandatory Proof: Claims strictly require the VIN, certified proof of mileage at installation (via official invoice), and certified proof of mileage at the time of failure.

  • Mandatory Visual Evidence: To initiate a claim, you must submit clear video and photographic evidence demonstrating the defect. This media must clearly display the L&M Autoparts logo and the serial number (if applicable) permanently marked on the product. For components where the defect is only apparent during operation, the video must clearly show the failure while the part is properly installed in the vehicle. L&M Autoparts reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim if sufficient visual proof is not provided.

  • Factory Testing & Unjustified Claim Fees: Please be aware that certain complex products must be returned to our manufacturing facility for extensive technical testing before a replacement or refund can be authorized. If factory testing determines that the product is not defective, or that the damage was caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow standard installation procedures, the warranty claim will be strictly denied. In such cases, testing fees, diagnostic charges, and all associated shipping costs will be billed directly to the customer.

  • Component Constraints: Strict installation rules apply to high-liability parts. A/C compressors mandate Chiller/Heat Exchanger replacement and 200g ND-11 oil. Air suspension systems mandate professional nitrogen refills and relay replacement. Tesla driveshaft warranties do not cover known OEM vibration issues. Parking brake calipers mandate pre-installation gear lubrication. Non-compliance instantly voids this warranty.

  • Transit Liability: Customers outside the EU must arrange their own freight insurance. L&M Autoparts assumes zero liability for damage, loss, or delay occurring during international transit.
